You are not a failure

How often are you reminded of your shortcomings or failures? How many times is that mistake you made thrown in your face or worse how often do you remind people of the mistakes they made?
What good does it do to share misery with people? Why can't we just share joy and peace?
The questions of life and the list of questions can be as long as we want. We are full of failures and shortcomings and oh how we are reminded of them constantly. You have to know this friends, as people throw our past in our faces it is in an effort to hold you back not to lift you up. Just think if Paul (from the Bible) lived today he would have been crucified himself. Thank goodness the model of Christ shows that the worst can be the best when someone believes in them.
That same Jesus that gave Paul a chance also gives you a chance. When others try to rob you of your hope and potential forgive them and move on. It is you that Christ is seeking, it is your potential that he wants.
I know that believing in Christ can be a very hard thing at times especially when you encounter Christians. Do not give up seeking the truth because the hope is found in the journey.
Join the movement which is simply giving peace a chance. We are at the ground level grassroots of bringing peace, love, and hope back to the cold callus places we live.
