One Drop at a TIME
If I gave you a glass of water in a clear container it would be easy to see through it. Take that same glass of water and ad one drop of food coloring of your choice and the ability to see through it is greatly diminished. It has lost its air of transparency. One drop added changed everything.
How do we control that one drop in our personal, spiritual, and professional lives? The little secret is to always work to build open honest relationships. As in business we pay our money to the places we like, trust, and believe. Same goes within us, we must build an openness and transparency within ourselves before we can instill it in others. If we go through our lives lying, cheating, and manipulating everyone we come in contact with the ability to build that transparency is not impossible but it sure becomes difficult.
With that being said I am a believer that no matter where you are, what you have done, or mistakes you have made, you can start today with a clean clear glass. Let's just call it "Mission Possible". It starts with the cultivation of the seed of love born in you from day one.
I have written many times about being who you are and where you are otherwise you are spinning around not having a clue where life is going to take you. Some say "yea well I am going to enjoy the ride". That is fine as long as you know when to get off or when to chart course. You must be true to self or your life well never take you where you dreamed.
In this day and age of social media and glass houses our pseudo self comes out clearer than our real self. We have developed this knack of hiding behind the screen if you will and saying and doing things we would normally not do when the other person or persons are present. Remember it only takes one drop to cloud the waters.
Spiritually we are either inspired or manipulated and I will let you decide which you are. The same formula can be applied to the relationships we attempt to develop. For success to bred and grow we must inspire the core of our being so we can inspire those in which we come in contact with. All people have an inherent good in them. Years of self abuse has colored the waters one drop at a time. You can't change yourself over night but you can start today by developing an open relationship with who you really are.
Learn who this God created person that lives inside you really is. Enjoy building the relationship with self. Make sure as you grow and become a meaningful specific in life that you do so with a positive attitude. One drop, yes JUST ONE, can cloud what you are trying to find. It is in your control to find the Love that resides in you. It is your choice to be open and honest with who you are. It is your choice to be kind, friendly, peaceful, and loving to everyone else.
Remember friends one drop changes everything so be open, be transparent and truly enjoy the self discovery that lies ahead. You (we) have been dead to self for way to long. Let's start the movement that will bring a measure of success to everyone. Do not manipulate the results simply inspire them.
